How to get a pieces Also if im not vip member how can we get that?

Master:also on g.m he/she didn't said you can team your friend right? 

Me:YesMaster:you can make your own rules. 

Me:How? 

Master:you can team up with your friend who is not yet done on reclass like for none vip and also you can help your guildmate for reclass on none vip players. 

Me:wow,,,a non vip players can team up with vip players who are done already?Master:Yes,you can ask them for help on the vip players who are done already for reclass then it will get a pieces... 

Remember:each character is max its said on the killing boss is 80,,,,or more on also a none vip players need to be a party leader on that time,,,if you really want your guildmate to be strong please help each other and play together...don't be greedy, 

Me:Okay ill try to release this....and some of them will help but may i ask? What if same vip? Done already on team 

Master:didn't i tell you that only none vip who are not yet done on reclass.also if same vip some of them will get a reclass but help each other example ,,you are same on quest reclass,,he can done his reclass in only 1 day also he will help you for reclass tomorrow,,,,but he's the first one on reclass but you are 2nd day.

Master:this is not a steal also don't be too hard for those who are none vip take it easy one day a none vip will help you also try your best to talk on guildmates
